Travel Tips
Self-service kiosks for check-in and boarding pass printing are available at Koltsovo (Yekaterinburg), Domodedovo (Moscow), and Sochi airports. Kiosk check-in closes 1 hour before departure.
Online check-in is NOT available for passengers with special service needs (e.g. special assistance, unaccompanied minors, traveling with pets, or weapons), groups larger than 9 people, or passengers on codeshare “Alliance” series flights.
Late passengers may be denied boarding without exceptions, regardless of seat class or status.
